- First click on Start button then type Regedit in Run option.
- In registry editor panel change the DWORD value shutdownreasonUI to 1 in the given key:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability
- Now after reboot the system, you can check the system log file (Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Logfiles) to find out the reasons of system failure.
